Helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, and strength to create meaningful change

    About Me

I believe that the heaviness of daily life can leave you feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, creativity, and strength to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, work through challenges, and move toward the life you want to create. Together, we can explore what may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths and resources you already possess.

    Areas of Expertise

    Relationship Challenges

    Postpartum Anxiety & Depression

    Life Changes & Transitions

    Anxiety

    Depression

    Personal Growth & Meaningful Change

    Substance Use

    Grief & Loss

    Philosophy & Approach

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a relational approach to therapy.

ACT can help you identify what truly matters to you and move toward your values, even when difficult thoughts and emotions arise. CBT can help you recognize and shift thought patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.

I also believe the relationship between you and your therapist is an important part of meaningful progress. I use warmth, humor, and genuine connection to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while exploring change and growth.

Together, we’ll work toward helping you reconnect with your strengths and transform into the person you want to become.
