Lieser Counseling Services assists in discovering your true self, allowing you to live in ways that bring peace, meaning, and deep joy to daily life. Within the space we work to create trust and good rapport which allows for authentic growth and transformation. In this safe space we can tackle and heal wounds from trauma, eradicate unhealthy self talk, improve relationships, as well as re-frame depressive and anxious mindsets that prevent you from flourishing. No matter your gender identity, sexual orientation, or ideology I believe that we can create a healthy connection that will serve you in your day to day interactions.
Individual Therapy
An individual session will provide you with a safe place to gain insight and deeper self awareness. At times we seek solution focused outcomes and at times a space to process and heal. Our therapeutic relationship provides a foundation for clients to uncover their worth to courageously take risks and in turn live more fulfilling and joyful lives.
Family Therapy
In my family therapy sessions, we’ll work to overcome dysfunctional communication patterns and detect unhealthy dynamics that prevent authentic connections within the family unit. I draw from a variety of family therapy techniques that have proven results. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Family Therapy beneficial and inspirational. Couples Therapy
Having trouble in your relationship, experiencing loneliness or feeling misunderstood? Learn to communicate effectively and delve into true intimacy with your partner by signing up for couples counseling. Through a variety of proven interventions I am able to help couples establish the tools they need to rebuild connection and intimacy.
PTSD Screenings
If you have experienced a traumatic event we can screen for a possible PTSD diagnosis and assist you in getting the proper support and treatment. Trauma can dominate your life however we can put you back on track to feeling empowered and strong!
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is a way to expand on how God is at work in your life and to learn how God seeks connection to you in unique ways. We will work together to develop a stronger connection to God and a sturdy foundation for your life journey.
Enneagram Work Shops
Join us for a time of personal reflection and spiritual growth by learning about the Enneagram. The Enneagram provides a unique and comprehensive way to portray the complexities of the human personality while also delving into deeper stirrings at a soul level. This work shop will provide you with a deeper understanding of what motivates your behavior.
